What this site is

Find the designer, see the work, know the fee. We collect what can be checked — company registrations, documented services, recorded prices, and the rules as they are written — and we publish it in a form you can compare. We do not sell position, and no company can pay to appear higher.

Where the data comes from

• The Department of Registrar of Companies, for legal names, registration numbers and how long a company has been on the register.
• Professional bodies where membership can be independently checked — ETEK for engineers and architects, ICPAC for accountants, the Cyprus Bar Association for lawyers.
• OpenStreetMap, for locations and points of interest.
• The companies’ own websites, crawled with respect for robots.txt.
• Prices we record from quoted projects, with the sample size published alongside.

Every field we hold records which source it came from and when it was last checked. That is what lets us answer an access request, and what lets us change source without losing the trail.

What we do not do

• We publish no ratings of our own, and no review score affects how anything is ranked. Where a profile shows Google reviews, they are fetched live from Google, clearly attributed, and never stored or marked up as ours.
• We do not accept payment for position, inclusion or exclusion.
• We do not scrape platforms whose terms forbid it.
• We do not link to companies’ own websites in a way that passes ranking signal — outbound links on profile pages are nofollow, as they should be from a directory.

Corrections and removal

If a listing is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. If you want a listing removed, use the removal form. We respond within 30 days, and a removed listing stays removed — our crawler will not reinstate it.

The parameters that decide the order of any list on this site, and how much each one counts, are published in full on our methodology page. They are read from the same configuration the ranking itself uses, so the page cannot drift out of date.
